    Hello good people of VideoHelp! I've been trying to download a video from C-SPAN for my school presentation. https://www.c-span.org/program/house-committee/facebook-ceo-mark-zuckerberg-hearing-on...tection/500604

    Tried Streamlink, YT-DLP and FFMPEG and keep getting a 403. Not sure how to work around this. I'm happy to learn how to get through the 403 with some direction.

    Awesome. Thanks. I found out yesterday about HTTP referer for YT-DLP and FFMPEG while waiting for my post to be mod approved. Also had a rookie mistake where I thought I had the latest version of YT-DLP. Updated it and it was able to pull the C-SPAN video.
