How to extract or decrypt vtt

Hello, I'm new here, but I read and see a lot of knowledge here when it comes to the wonderful world of video and subtitles. maybe someone can help me. I'm trying to download a subtitle in english but it's kind of excrypted with AES-128. I would like to understand the steps to do this properly.
Can someone help me with that?

Can you explain me how you decode the sub?

Use stream detector addon, get the manifest m3u8 link, copy it as n_m3u8dl-re/yt-dlp command and run it in terminal. N_m3u8DL-re lets you choose manually what tracks you want (including subtitles), for yt-dlp you have to add other parameters that were already mentioned

I know, but i wan’t it from hilalplay. I try it wtih TD but i can’t find the 1080 version.

You can download 1080p without sound. You can then download sound only using yt-dlp (or download with video and then get rid of the lower quality video track). Then you can combine the 1080p video track with the audio track using mkvtoolnix.
