Help me to concat this video file

Hello, I've an file which download from https://channel.rakuten.co.jp/?channel=88&scid=we_rch_tokyomx-site&utm_source=tokyomx&...n=tokyomx-site
but due to some problem, n_m3u8dl-re can't mux them into file!
Do I need to do something to mux these file to video? Thanks

I have no idea if I'm muxing it wrong or your original livestream source is messed up. For example at the minute marks 13:00, 21:00, 37:00, etc. during ad breaks, the video bitrate gets messed up.
