Regarding what the participant here gripveed said. When someone on a forum takes out their anger and it calls due to a malfunction, they don't kick them out of all the forums for all the products, but they delete the same message and nothing happens. It's happened to me here and there where a message was deleted on some forum, but this is the first time they've blocked the user completely.
We're not angels and when there's a serious malfunction, sometimes we get annoyed.
Besides, no one on the forum announced what the expectation was for fixing the malfunction.

hasamas1, the problem was that you forgot to leave your excessive anger at home. The forum policy is not to delete anyone's post. You are allowed to complain if you feel that the program isn't doing what is expected. You are not allowed to post the same message 4 times to different threads within several minutes of each other. You were formally warned that this was a violation of the forum rules, which you were shown at https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/dvdfab-english/forum-rules/71-dvdfab-forum-rules and told not to do it again. That rule has been in effect since 2009 so it is not something that was made up just for you. So, what did you do? Just to spite us, you posted the same message a 5th time. Your anger caused your own dismissal. Any reasonable person can see that.
As previously written, it was announced by Wilson.Wang, StreamFab Project Manager, that the problem would be fixed with the next update, which are usually released on Thursdays or Fridays (roughly 3 days after the announcement). It was released on time and it fixed the problem. If you did not see the announcement, that is nobody's fault but your own. Far too often, new forum users think the forum is only there as a place for them to make complaints about the company and developer(s). The forum is actually a place for experienced StreamFab users to help new, inexperienced users with the problems they are having. If you want to complain directly to the company, you must use Feedback, in the program itself. I've often said that new users should only have read access for a month before they are given write access. That hopefully would give new users the knowledge to fix commonly occurring problems themselves and to understand how StreamFab and the StreamFab forum works.
I'll make you a deal - I will see about getting your forum access back (may take a day or two, and I'm not guaranteeing as it is out of my hands) but these multiple posts have got to stop. Also, you need to start reading. All message threads are clearly marked as to which module they are about. As an example, if you are having Netflix problems, read all the recent Netflix threads, and you may find the answer to your problem already there. Also, read all the "stickies" at the top of the forum. They will teach you how to do clean installs, how to send log files, and other important tips and tricks. Read, don't write unless you absolutely have to.

That's pretty logical-not. If you want people to use your application, you should give them access to support (which includes the forum) from the get-go. Despite the protestations of many, including here, that Forum Search is a great aid, it's useless. Very rarely can one find exactly what one is after. Far better to just ask a question. Happy users, especially new ones, are likely to recommend your product.

  6. To read all things might be counterproductive, frustrating, spending lots of time, I would not recommend it at all for newbies and not only.

Instead I'd search using a simple SPECIFIC question using goole for example and proper keywords.

Using key words wisely like : DVDFAB forum what do i need to rip blu-ray

That will bring you right to the point. But also, make sure you always check a date of those posts, prefer latest ones.
We are entering era of sophisticated searches, so you just might ask question and if lucky (for now) you even get direct answer. Heck soon, if not even already, you can just say your question to some device.
Built-in Website searches I usually found not particularly useful at all.

But even at a gun point, avoid Microsoft websites and their referral death loop system trying to help you!

Just to clear up one minor point... the forum in question is, actually, the StreamFab forum. DVDFAB is the name of the Chinese company that produces the StreamFab software. It is also the name of another software program that is produced by the Chinese company named DVDFAB. I believe, it was officially named Fangtao Software, originally. StreamFab is a program for recording TV shows and movies from streaming services, like Netflix, Disney+, etc. DVDFab is a program that makes copies of DVDs/Blu-Rays/UHDs, among other related tasks. The OP mistakenly gave a review of StreamFab, which was not a review of the program at all, but a criticism of a StreamFab Moderator from the DVDFAB's (the Chinese company) forum on this (VideoHelp's) website under the title for the DVDFab program. Confusing, I know, but it needed to be pointed out that the Moderator, in question, does not moderate the DVDFab forum at https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/software-support-english/dvdfab-x64 nor did the review here on VideoHelp for the DVDFab program have anything to do with any of the Moderators that moderate the DVDFab program.

  8. Like the saying goes: "Follow the money".
Does the payment for the purchase of StreamFab go into a Fangtao Software bank account?
StreamFab is accessible from the DVDFab forum.
The OP ,I, & others would believe it is just part of the DVDFab forum.
Maybe Moderators know the difference but regular forum members do not.

    How about TDMore ?
It seemed to be connected to Fangtao Software & then disappeared.
So was TDMore actually a Fangtao Software ?
BTW: I won a contest & got an Amazon gift card from TDMore.

Just a note for clarity’ sake - - DVDFAB is the company, DVDFab is a software program for copying optical disks and related tasks.

Actually, it is pretty simple with regard to the difference. See all the various forums listed under the DVDFAB company forum (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum). Each Moderator handles their own forum. As a former StreamFab moderator, I handled just StreamFab. I don't even own the DVDFab program. The only other DVDFAB company program I own is DVDFab Passkey, and I haven't used it in, at least, 5 years. As far as I'm concerned, optical disks are dead.

I never heard of it. There are several sites around that are selling programs that appear to be using the StreamFab codebase, such as Y2Mate and KeepStreams. I have no idea about the DVDFab software, as I have no interest in it. Whether the StreamFab lookalikes are owned and put out by DVDFAB, I don't know. One theory is that the Developer is a third party company and sells the core software to other companies besides DVDFAB. The other, obviously, is that the Developer is an employee of DVDFAB and DVDFAB is the one selling it to other companies. DVDFAB does have an affiliate program (https://www.dvdfab.cn/webmaster.htm), but it appears from the description that the affiliates sell the programs using the DVDFAB brand name and not their own.

Could you send me a link from the DVDFab company site where it states DVDFAB is the company?
I did not find the all caps version anywhere on the Company site or forum.

    Exactly the opposite for me.
I use optical disks all the time.
I rarely stream anything unless you count YouTube as streaming.
I do convert a video to .mkv or .mp4 to play from a USB flash drive or even an external hard drive.
