pluto and tubi live tv m3u

is there a way to get pluto OR tubi live tv m3u so I can plug it into tivimate and watch it that way? don't want to deal with their messy apps.
I tried playing the channel and sniffing the m3u using a firefox extension called faststream but for pluto it didn't work at all and for tubi I got a long long long m3u which I have a feeling expires (I haven't had enough time to test this theory since I just got the m3u couple of hours ago)

pluto is a mess to download. and from live (tried now) i've found mpd link, not m3u8
anyway pluto use wdvine encryption so need also the key to play or download (tried VLC+mpd and can't play)
