Wolverine Pro issue stuck on Blue Screen upon Powering On

and upon powering on the machine, I only see a Blue Screen with the Wolverine Logo (Picture Shown).

There is no response to the buttons, as the screen is stuck on the logo.
And there is no motor noise or any movement on the reels upon startup.

I have contacted support, and loaded the provided Firmware to no avail.

Any suggestions? Potential east fix? Or should I get a replacement machine?
