  1. Do the Windows 10 power settings + model, brand, firmware, chip of the USB3.0 enclosure case influence whether the heads are parked or not parked on the 2.5" HDD after ejecting (safely removing hardware) from Windows and not disconnecting the USB cable from the PC/case after ejection?

    Sorry for late reply, just saw your post now.
    The heads on HDD drives park automatically now; used to be 20 years ago that it was the safety procedure to use the "parkheads" cmd on shutdown to make sure the heads were moved off to the side and locked, especially if you were going to remove the drive for some reason. Done automatically now.
