    Hello.

    I have a hauppauge quad PCI video card having 4 tuners, however I only installed the drivers rather than the large companion app. Also installed is TV Scheduler Pro to facilitate time shifted viewing (legal in Aus) which is the primary use for the Quad.

    Is there some "simple" standalone app which allows me to watch OTA TV on the PC using the Quad Tuner ?

    NextPVR. The Windows version of NextPVR allows watching and recording TV using a PC. The Windows version also acts as a server for the Android version, which is a client that can be installed on Android phones, Android TVs, or Android TV boxes connected to the same wireless network as the PC.
