Make a DVD

I have video Files that I take with my Camcorder and other video Files.

I wanted to make a DVD that will play in the DVD Player.

I found this on YouTube

I download it and after I go to start it a window tells me to pick my Language I do and pick Ok.

Then a window opens and tells me Windows .NET 4.0 is Installed.

I click Ok then it opens a WebSite.

It tells me if I am a Blooger and this and that.

There is now Start or Ok or anything.

So I click the X to close it and it takes me back to my DeskTop.

This goes on over and over.

How do I get the Program I have Win11?
