Problem with n_m3u8dl-re

Help me please, yesterday I spent all night trying to figure out how to install the protected files of mediaset play and in the end I was succeeding I did the whole complete command with "n_m3u8dl-re" but every time I tried to launch it from cmd or powershell it always gave me ""N_m3u8DL-RE" is not recognized as an internal or external command, an executable program or a batch file." HELP ME

I think if you want any help you should provide more information about your problem.
For example "the whole complete command with "n_m3u8dl-re"".
Is N_m3u8DL-RE.exe in the PATH?

honestly I followed a very recent tutorial on this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AcLfgRObhNk) and it didn't show that inside the folder there must be "ffmpeg" "ffplay" "mp4decrypted" and "N_m3u8DL-RE.exe" it didn't show this detail and I continued to run the command in cmd and obviously not having everything I needed the command didn't start. Anyway now I've managed it so thanks anyway for the answer, have a good day
