Hi everyone,
I have a medium to low quality source that was previously processed (I don't have the master). I was wondering if there is any way to improve it.
I notice that it may be a bit out of focus and at the same time there are artifacts (perhaps motion artifacts).
Is there any way to improve it by cleaning up the image without destroying the details and also adding some focus com Avisynth?
What would be good for this video?

"without destroying the details" -> I doubt it
Attached a sample where I used a Vapoursynth script and some machine learning filters, decide for yourself whether it's an improvement or not.
