Yesterday SE just stopped working correctly in the middle of an editing session. I would shift the time of a given text block but it continued to play it in it's original place. So I saved my work and exited and restarted SE and everything was fine. Until this morning when I finished up that sub and went to run my Multiple Replace on it as it has a bunch of fixes for common errors in the rules and saves me a ton of time. There were no longer any rules, completely blank.
Where does SE store these rules? Is there a backup of it in case of the problem I am experiencing? This is very frustrating because these rules were a collection of things I have built over time and very handy so I really don't want to have to rebuild these rules if I don't have to. This is very frustrating.
Thanks.

Search for this file "eng_OCRFixReplaceList_User.xml"

Thank you, but that is for OCR errors replace when I edit during the OCR process of a blu-ray or DVD. I am talking about user defined rules for Multiple Replace when actually in the SE editing interface. Edit>>Multiple Replace menu. These are user defined rules for when scanning an existing SRT or other sub for errors that I define to be edited to my liking.

It should be nearby, search for "Dictionaries" folder.

I did search that folder and found nothing related to the Multiple Replace rules anywhere.

Then ask at SE repo directly https://github.com/SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit/issues
