  1. I will try to describe this as best I can. I recently changed to ATT Fiber internet. I am no longer getting PSSH or License info on websites when trying to get the widevine key. Images below would normally show what I am looking for. Nothing is appearing.Image

I have disabled AT&T ActiveArmor, reset the modem, tried Chrome and Firefox, cleared cookies, and other websites I usually can do with no problem. None of them work. I have tried disabling other AT&T firewall features when accessing the modem. Nothing has worked at all. Any help whatsoever would be immensely appreciated.

do you get the same results if you use a different website or a different browser ??
is the video even protected by DRM ??? from the looks of your screenshots, i don't see
"manage use of DRM software" emblem next to the URL. try typing m3u8 in the devtool
search and see what you get, the video might not be DRM protected.

  5. I have never had this issue with this website before or other websites I have used prior. The only thing that has changed is I got AT&T Fiber internet. The video is protected by DRM, but extracting the keys has not been a problem until now. I have never seen any "manage use of DRM software" emblem next to the url.

    Hi!

Do you need special browser or config to get pssh or license info from a live stream or vod?

I'm starting around this and I would like to know what tools I need and where to get them.
