Pluto TV is a mess because of all the commercial breaks. I'm not sure WVP2 works with it.

  6. Thanks for your reply mate, do you know which software I should be looking at to get from Pluto?

I read that yt-dlp was the go to at one stage, but I've tried that and it seems not supported anymore.

  10. I use Firefox, and if the latest release is installed (from GitHub), I cannot play videos on arte.tv.

I made sure that WidevineProxy2 is only installed and not enabled (within the plugin). I have to deactivate it on Firefox in order to play the streams on Arte.

I know Diz is rough, but I used to be able to get rerun streams from ABC TV. Tried today and EME2 doesn't see PSSH and wvp2 doesn't find anything. I can get the .mpd and that has the PSSH, but I can't find a link where the wv comes from.
I can't believe a over the air network has gotten this difficult.

  15. It seems discovery+ has changed their website just yesterday.
I cannot download any videos anymore like I was used to, using yt-dlp (I'm talking about free videos).
Now Widevineproxy2 can pull all the datas correctly but the videos are limited to 768x432 resolution whilst before the videos reaced 1080p resolution.
The mpd pulled by Widevine2 is radically different from what it can be pulled via other means (unknown to me) that can reach 1080p resolution video.

    For example for this video
    https://play.discoveryplus.com/video/watch/3793bc37-e0a4-48e0-b923-35447bb2e7cd/9abe07...e-da90f14b21dc

    WidevineProxy2 pulls this command:
    N_m3u8DL-RE "https://cf.dplus.eu.prd.media.max.com/1a2d2c17-1e7e-4ef2-a062-03043adc3967/dash.mpd?manifest-params=r1%7CKXPdJTBjU0AD2D2yg0V1PY5J8l5fdATFtBaKr9 NFgLs%3D%7CZi5hdWRpb0NvZGVjPWhlYWFjJmYuYXVkaW9UcmF jaz1pdCU3Q3Byb2dyYW0mZi5tZXJnZVBlcmlvZHM9dHJ1ZSZmL nZpZGVvQ29kZWM9YXZjJmYudmlkZW9NYXhIZWlnaHQ9NTQwJmY udmlkZW9NYXhXaWR0aD03MjAmci5kdXJhdGlvbj00NjE0LjYwM DAwMCZyLmtleW1vZD0yJnIubWFpbj0wJnIubWFuaWZlc3Q9MWE yZDJjMTctMWU3ZS00ZWYyLWEwNjItMDMwNDNhZGMzOTY3JTJGM F83MmQ4ODkubXBkJTdDcHJkLXdiZC1lbWVhLXZvZA%3D%3D&rt ype=r&x-wbd-tenant=dplus&x-wbd-user-home-market=emea" -H "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:143.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/143.0" -H "Accept: */*" -H "Origin: https://play.discoveryplus.com" -H "Referer: https://play.discoveryplus.com/" --key 01005b7c1bc599621ec690338f159fcc:8fd582143071fda9d ef68fb7ea4f5ff6 --key 0101e7ac020c1414af76eee6fab4a1eb:b90006163ac48180f 5d9528361486ccf --use-shaka-packager -M format=mkv

which manifest video is only 768x432

    Another user here on this forum pulled this command:N_m3u8DL-RE --sub-format srt --check-segments-count false --save-name "filename" -sv best -sa all -ss all "https://akm.dplus.eu.prd.media.max.com/1a2d2c17-1e7e-4ef2-a062-03043adc3967/dash.mpd?manifest-params=r1%7CbD8UVMojFirAq7Ea7_qhiWoRaz0JS5I-TJnmeKhVuaU%3D%7CZi5hdWRpb0NvZGVjPWhlYWFjJmYuYXVka W9UcmFjaz1pdCU3Q3Byb2dyYW0mZi5tZXJnZVBlcmlvZHM9dHJ 1ZSZmLnZpZGVvQ29kZWM9YXZjJnIuZHVyYXRpb249NDYxNC42M DAwMDAmci5rZXltb2Q9MiZyLm1haW49MCZyLm1hbmlmZXN0PTF hMmQyYzE3LTFlN2UtNGVmMi1hMDYyLTAzMDQzYWRjMzk2NyUyR jBfNzJkODg5Lm1wZCU3Q3ByZC13YmQtZW1lYS12b2Q%3D&rtyp e=r&x-wbd-tenant=dplus&x-wbd-user-home-market=emea" -H "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/140.0.0.0 Safari/537.36" -H "DNT: 1" -H "Accept: */*" -H "Origin: https://play.discoveryplus.com" -H "Referer: https://play.discoveryplus.com/" --key 01005b7c1bc599621ec690338f159fcc:8fd582143071fda9d ef68fb7ea4f5ff6 --key 0101e7ac020c1414af76eee6fab4a1eb:b90006163ac48180f 5d9528361486ccf --key 01026adfa22536e50d73be119ca7d9b2:4d05f99c894317f8d 01fbec68ae02e8e --key 0105a9c46ad78e3fa66a25cde3e2ecb6:00000000000000000 000000000000000 --use-shaka-packager -M format=mkv

which manifest video now is 1080p (but unfortunately he couldn't obtain the corret keys for the resolution).

Now: vhy WidevineProxy2 pulls only the lower resolution manifest?

I checked with the DRM info app that my phone is an L1 device but I want to download HD videos onto my computer. How can I do that with widewineproxy? I am totally noob here and have no concept of L1 devices, etc. So far, I have just followed the instructions and tutorials to setup widewineproxy. Any help will be appreciated.

There is no publicly available method for extracting L1 CDMs, and such CDMs involved in "fraudulent requests", which includes WidevineProxy2, are banned quickly, if you manage to find/extract one. On many websites L3 is enough to access HD content, on some others, SL3000 PlayReady can be used instead.

There have been some research papers available online for quite some time now.

  19. Hello everyone.
I've been trying to download the video from the following link for some time now. The rental is still active.

I've been able to use the download procedure for Fandango, Movies Anywhere, and others. I've succeeded, but I'm having a lot of trouble with YouTube. I've read several posts here on the forum, but I can't get it. I need it in 1080p. Can anyone give me some guidance?

    What is a CDM? How can I get/use SL3000?

A CDM is a file that has a client ID and a private key for it. These come in .wvd (Widevine) and .prd (PlayReady) formats.

The links for such CDMs were provided above.

To use PlayReady SL3000, install Vineless. It can be used for Widevine CDM too.

L3 CDM of a physical device from the above link should be enough to get a key for 1080p, at least it is so in case of free movies. There should be three keys in total (audio, SD and HD). You can then use yt-dlp with --allow-unplayable-formats option on the video to download encrypted formats and then decrypt them with the keys.

  23. I downloaded a video that when played in VLC player says "Manifest generated by fastevo" and it all green. Is there a way to decrypt it? Widewinegives me nine seperate keys. I tried each of them with Mp4decrypt but it did not work.
