Anyone know if L3 & WVP2 will work on BroadwayHD? I've been thinking of signing up, but I don't want to if I can't get what I'm looking for.

Every time I enable the Widewineproxy2 either in Chrome or Firefox, Amazon Prime says "browser not compatible"?

It is true that it works if it has not been deleted, I installed a new Windows 10 and a new Chrome and it stopped working, Chrome does not accept this plugin, I do not want to install it, it simply does not see it -

Yes because chrome doesn't accept XPI files, they're for Firefox. Just drag-and-drop the .zip file into the Extension overview window.

And I tried refreshing the browser page several times -
Maybe it's the browser giving you problems try it on another browser, on Edge and on Chrome it works fine

i've been using the tool it's really amazing, main problem for me is that it doesn't fetch the subtitles for some reason any idea? i can just f12 and search for ttml2 but that requires time

If they're not referenced in the manifest then there's not really a standardized way of getting subtitles. If they are, but aren't shown in N_m3u8DL-RE, then that's a problem with the downloader.
