Thanks. I didn't actually know that. I always Shift-Left-Click in the folder and select Open Command Window Here. Typing CMD is so much easier.

For WVP2, I wrote a command batch file that always runs CCExtractor over output files from WVP2 when the download is finished. Saves me the trouble.

Hi, first of all thank You to have made this extension, after this issue: in google chrome extension tab, inside your extension there is error button and when I click on it this message is showed: "'background.scripts' requires manifest version of 2 or lower." ... how can fix this?

Yup. So do I, but it doesn't seem to have any negative effect on the extension.
