Not quite sure what has caused this kind of ghosting, looks more like the machine it was either recorded or captured on that left behind some sort of comb ghosting that whirrs across the screen.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!
