    I just installed MeGUI latest version and enabled "DirectShowSource in AVS Script creator creator" from MeGUI options.
    But when i open a video in AVS Script Creator, i got an error like "DirectShowSource or AVISource is not supported".
    I searched all related problems on VH and also on Google but not find any solution

    can anybody help me how can i fix this issue ?

    You may be missing some codecs in your system.
    open the source file in https://www.videohelp.com/software/GraphStudio -
    this will test your system for directshow playback

    I just installed the K-Lite codec pack and it fixed the issue, thank you.
