I am trying to capture video with the Dazzle Hollywood Bridge on a fast Dell under xp. I have tried several video sources, two different capture sortward programs and two different Bridges. I invariably get a narrow band of distored video at the bottom edge and on the second Bridge also at the left edge. Can someone tell me if these are hardware issues, driver issues, or whatever? Otherwise the sound and video look excellent, but this artifact is too annoying to keep the product unless I can find a fix. Any suggestions would be most welcome!

By left and lower edge do you mean at horizontal disturbance across the bottom half of your video?
Is this present if you capture live video? or only on tapes?
Some videos don't record correctly and you appear to get a kind of horizontal bar at the bottom of footage on playback.
You could try clipping this with filters in virtual dub or your capture program?
Do you have any other information? -
This is normal just clip it off.
