Vegas Pro 13 Smart Resample Issue Causing Image Doubling

Hi there,

I'm facing a bit of a problem with this thing edited using Vegas Pro 13. Someone edited the footage 4 times with the Smart Resample function on. I'm not entirely sure why this function is necessary, but it causes the image to double and create a layering effect when it moves. As a result, I now have 4 instances of the doubled/layered image.

I'd be grateful if someone could help me fix this effect.

I've attached a too short sample of the affected footage.
