Kdenlive downloading problem?

i'm trying to download Kdenlive to edit my movies etc.
i can't seem to do it.
I google Kdenlive download, > then live on download,> then get a window saying...

"The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft -verified app"

Can anyone here advise me on how to download it, please?

I just downloaded it without any problems from this link on VideoHelp website

I haven't installed it because I don't need it.

TBF. I can also download it, but that's when the trouble starts, it doesn't show a shtcut icon on the desktop for me to get into it.
I'm running Windows 10, not sure if that might be the problem (It shouldn't be should it?).
