adding flash to a website

do you know if i add flash stuff to my website,
when someone visits it that doesn't have the right codecs
installed to view it....will they automatically get that pop up
that allows them to install flash...or is that something i
have to add in there?

Ok i should really know this but as of right now i havent got a clue i believe you can thou so alls i can say is that you could always put a link right underneath whatever it is your wanting to put on there.
