KCP Playback Issue

[nihaomeeow]

I've installed K-Lite Codec Pack Full with MADVR but some files' video playback is broken. They work with VLC.
The files are HEVC .mkv but there are other HEVC .mkv that work in mpc regardless. I tried different video renderers as well but they all appear the same.

Audio works fine in all files. There are more files that work, rather than don't but I don't think it's necessary for now to post more examples.
