what software should i use for this conversion? i didn't see an RM to VCD guide..

Well, first you need to convert RM to AVI, AVI to MPG, then you can convert MPG to VCD.

You can convert RM to AVI with TRINA:

Or with EO Video:

Or with Screen Capture tools:

Then you can convert that AVI to MPG with TMPGEnc:

Then you can burn to VCD.
