need to move on photos zoom in zoom out to get a video

this photos are at different resolutions, I need to generate a video file HD resolution (1920X1080 50i interlaced) with some smooth and light movements and zoom in and zoom out on subject of the photo (a girl)

please can you do the mp4 file and upload? thanks

ps: for reasons of particular urgency I would need the final video, not to know with which tools I can do it
