MuxMan did the job instantly with no issues, Jag. But thanks though!

Here's the original version that I'd gotten from the DVD that's in PAL:
    https://1drv.ms/v/s!AltuOyWPfg39hG5b17YJigEEnivC

And here's the version that was converted from PAL to NTSC using DGPullDown:
    https://1drv.ms/v/s!AltuOyWPfg39hG-ti2dOAIXcTkE3

Let me know if it looks okay, or if I need to make any changes.

    Thank You once again!

If everything looks okay, then I need to start researching on how to author the correct way with menus, music, images, video clips, and all of that stuff that they show on the DVD Menu of the original DVD.

  2. FINAL.VOB looks good. 25p with pulldown flags to 29.97i. Good A/V sync.

What process is being used to change from 720x576 to 720x480?

    I appreciate that!!
Do you know what would be the best program or method to author it?

I just used FFmpeg to Frame Match and turn it into 25 FPS progressive rather than de-interlace, as well as change the resolution from 720x576 to 720x480, Alwyn.
I also had it separate the video and audio as well.
Then I used DGPullDown to convert the m2v file from PAL to NTSC and MuxMan to merge the converted m2v file and the ac3 back together again.

I haven't really authored DVDs in 20 years so I can't really recommend anything these days.

Gotcha. I'm trying to find a decent DVD Authoring program that won't re-encode any of the files that I convert.
I asked ChatGPT and it said DVD Styler can do it without re-encoding, as long as my files are in their correct format, but I swear after just doing a quick test run via iso preview, it looks like the colors are faded and it may've messed with the frames. Just looks a little jittery, but it could just be me being all paranoid about using the program now.

Right click for Properties on the title set at the bottom, then choose "Copy" for both the video and audio. I think that'll give you a smart-render.

  10. This is a DVD formatted VIDEO_TS folder in a .zip file.
That is the only way Google Drive would upload it as a folder.
It is a lot like the one Alwyn did.
The difference is I used Tittle Writer to create the menu.
I downloaded the episode posted by Chris Hooper in post # 40.
Then I split it into 3 parts so it can be seen how the menu works.
I joined it back together with AVStoDVD in NTSC format.
This kept the 3 titles that the menu can select.

This is not exactly what Chris wanted but I would have needed the whole DVD to try to keep the original menu.
It has been a very long time since I tried to do that.

Title Writer creates a simple menu with a very small footprint.
    That is what I prefer.

I will leave it on Google Drive for a week or so. Then delete it.
