Weird platform that restream DRM

There's something I could not understand, there is a platform that restream DRM live stream fron Starzplay but actually their live precedes the original starzplay with about 30 seconds. I mean that Starzplay original stream is more delayed than their stream. I have a subscription on Starz and when I watch like live match in Starz it's on minute 2:20 and the restreaming platform is at 2:50. I don't know how they do this although they aren't authorized to restream it. How can they decrypt the original stream, restream it and their stream is more progressed that the original stream with stability. I decrypted the original stream and tried to play it with no cache and nobuffer however all I get is like 5 or 6 seconds than the original stream in playback not even restreaming it. If anybody know how this might happen or done please share your experience. Is there something could be done to play the MPD stream more faster than the original stream?!

Maybe these restreamers use a slightly faster source than the online one you're using, e.g. satellite.

I'm sure there's no satellite stream either feeds only via internet no any other sources available
