I'll past 60 years old so I burned a fair share of DVDS and music CDS and whatever I've used a couple other authoring programs, but, I wanted to try this one, Winx dvd author, and this one does not recognize my drive at all its basic DVD player from Amazon every other program I use doesn't have a problem with it but this software does. It doesn't give an error message because there's no need to, it can't recognize my drive it's like it's not even there so it gives me no options to fix it. Anybody out there have the same problem and did you get some good advice as how to fix that? I've been to several other places but nobody seems to have an answer, so if anybody has an answer I'll be glad to share it with them. This is difficult to say after living six decades, but I'm new. Just one thought,if a program doesn't read your drive it's not much of a program.
