Error 400 trying to get decryption key for FIFA

I swear I just downloaded the 2010 FIFA world cup finals just last night and it was working but now I'm getting an error when trying to get the decryption key for any of the other videos.

When I put the PSSH and Lic key above into CDRM-Project (both the new 2.0 and the old one too), it gives me:

Error 400: {"code":"INVALID_DATA","message":"The client performed a request with malformed or unprocessable data"}

I've also tried Widevine-Fetch but I get an error saying that a PSSH is required (which should be optional) but when I manually put in the PSSH, I get the exact same Error 400 that I get from CDRM-Project.

So I'm assuming the problem is with the PSSH since both programs are putting out the same error but it was working just last night for another video and I can't figure out the problem. Any help please?
