VCR outputs nothing

I recently acquired a Blaupunkt RTV-830 (Panasonic NV-F77)
First, it only accepts tapes when I push the tape on the left. (not really a problem)
And the most concerning issue is, that it doesn't output anything. No noise, no OSD (if this VCR even has one).
My tapes are in mono linear and even through the phones output, I get nothing. The VU meters also show nothing and the only time I hear something is, is when I adjust the volume (just noise). I tried with my MiniDV camcorder and an old TV, both have no signal.
RF does work but with no audio.

Capacitor C1112 on the power supply blew off, needs replacement. 16v 56µF
