I actually have only my tablet and I want to download a video.
I arrived at a point where I can Copy the link of the URL.
But as I don't have the possibility of a mouse how can I do a Paste with my finger or how can obtain the URL ANYWAY?

Use a keyboard shortcuts
Ctrl_A select text
Ctrl_C Copy text
Ctrl_V paste text

Thanks for your help but this doesn't finish my question because the problem is with a Tablet that doesn't have a completed keyboard and so there is not the key Ctrl!
And so I continue without to know how to paste anything!

On android, a long press in a text field will bring up a copy/paste dialog.
