I'm trying to download the following livestream from VK...

I tried the following...

streamlink 'https://vk.com/video-227199186_456239018' best

This returned the message: "No playable streams found on this URL: https://vk.com/video-227199186_456239018."

Does anyone know what the issue here might be? Do I need to enter cookie data? If so, how would I go about doing that? I see there's a "--http-cookie" argument, but I'm not sure how to use it, or how to find the relevant cookie data.
