Okay here goes I have recently cleaned up my computer room. I plan to do a reinstall of windows on my desktop and run it as a media only PC. I have a 32" TV I plan to connect to the TV I also have a Onn HDMI plug thing that makes my older TV a smart TV. I want to use my tower and the smart plug and my cellphone all together.

I don't know if this is possible but I want to use the microphone from my cellphone as a voice activation for my tower. Example: "Play, Pause, Stop", "Next Episode", "Volume Up-Down" simple things like this I would also like to be able to make lists on my phone where I can view the files from the hard drives plugged into the PC. I have 3 external hard drives currently "Anime, Movies, TV Shows". And I want to be able to view all the stuff from the phone and click on what I want to play by using the phone if possible.

Has anyone ever set up a spare cellphone like this before.
