There is a German DVD with an old Christian anime called SuperBook.
This cartoon was broadcast in the early 80s. It was then released in America on VHS tapes. I bought a DVD on amazon.
I assume that this is the conversion of NTSC to PAL.
I do not know what is better to use in my case.
srestore, tfm,tdecimatem,ivtc?
Please advise the best script for Avisynth to prepare this video for the upscale in topaz ai.

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

No clue what's best, but seems like the source is maybe like 8fps of unique frames,... so you could QTGMC select just the even frames and then use sRestore to go to 8fps.
