I'm using SRT file and my goal is to convert words from informal to formal, and appositive (') to formal words for example "goin'" to "going", Is there a software like that in general?

Suggest that you open the srt file in notepad++ and convert using the regex functions.

Depending on you abilities, you can also do it with sed.

It's quite doable.
