Just updated thunderbird 64 today and found it has this message in the incoming screen for messages,anyone find a way to remove it?Don't need to be told there are no messages.

Already tried that,it's a change that thunderbird did,gonna have to wait awhile,just wanted to get rid of that message.

Adding the following lines to my Thunderbird userChrome.css did the trick for me. Hope this works for you too.
/* Hide "No message found" for empty folders */
#placeholderNoMessages {
display: none;
} -
