Problem with 7plus subtitles

Hello,

As mentioned in the thread title, I'm having a problem downloading subtitles from the Australian website 7plus. The files are always incomplete (missing sentences). Of course, I've compared them by watching on streaming and the missing sentences are there, so there's a problem when downloading. I tried via N_m3u8DL-RE and Streamfab, without success.

For example, with this link https://7plus.com.au/big-brother?episode-id=BBRO04-001, my incomplete subtitle file is 104kb when I download only the subtitle (and even 94kb only when I extract it from the video).


If anyone has a solution, I'd be glad to hear it.

At what time do you see subs in the player, that are not in the srt?

Thanks for your answer.

For example, at 19 minutes and 34 seconds, the sentence "Help yourself to some
wine and cheese" doesn't appear in the downloaded file (I think it's the same for you ), but when I watch the streaming, the phrase is there, as you can see in the photo.

Use
yt-dlp --write-subs --skip-download master.m3u8

and you get 1465 instead 1322

but captions (captions.ai) not subs
