You may have better luck with NBColympics.com, or whatever other countries streams.

If a true 1080p is what you want, HBO without L1 will not work.

you can get 1080p from NBC, 9now, depending on what country you live in, VPN you use.

Problem is after decrypt the video is corrupted, I guess it's the keys since it works fine with 720p.

Compare the Key ID with the Key ID inside the PSSH of the 1080p manifest. This tool could come in handy.

I've decoded the PSSH, the small one that's the same for all tracks, it contains all "cenc:default_KID" including the one from the 1080p.

What is the difference between Key ID and content ID from the PSSH? Is it the key to get 1080p?

Both can be used to identify the key that is needed. It's just interesting that both are being used at the same time (because they shouldn't).

When muxing it shows errors like "top block unavailable for requested intra mode -1", "error while decoding MB 1 0, bytestream 4867", "left block unavailable for requested intra4x4 mode -1".

What am I doing wrong?
