Those of you who have DVD players that will play mp3's too...

Is there a specific way you have to structure the CD? Do you need special directory names, specific filenames (like file01.mp3, file02.mp3...) etc, for the player to see the mp3's? Or do you just dump a pile of mp3's onto a CD-R and it knows what to do?

Somebody give me an idea how mp3 cd's are layed out

    Thanks

I just burned them as data on cd. no directory, just the mp3 files.
May the force be with you.

  4. I burn them on in directories, Artist->Album or something like that. Some players will display them in directories (albeit in a very awkward and ugly way), others ignore the directories and display them all in one big list, but no matter how burn them, if your PC can play, your MP3 capable DVD probably can too.
