  1. I'm able to download and decrypt most streams from this site using N_m3u8DL-RE without a problem. All videos use Clearkey. FoxRefire's Widevine L3 Guesser prints the Clearkeys in the console so I can easily grab and use them.

However, I'm region-blocked from some videos. I can still navigate and use the site, but when I click on a region-blocked video, it fails to stream. I tried a VPN to get around it but the site detects the VPN. Because the video fails to stream, the Clearkeys aren't printed, but I can still get the MPD file which contains the PSSH and the KID.

Is there a way to decode the Clearkey keys using the information I CAN get?

Clearkey printed are probably base64 encoded. Use https://www.base64decode.org/ to get the keys.

  3. It's not uncommon for a ClearKey enpoint to be specified somewhere inside the manifest.
    Example:

Keys from just the License URL: WidevineFetch
