Help Needed to Decrypt and Download Video from Mediaset Infinity

Hello everyone,

I am new, and I have seen other threads about downloading from Mediaset, but somehow none of that worked for me...

My question: I have been trying to download and decrypt a video from Mediaset Infinity but have faced numerous challenges. Below are the details of my system and the steps I’ve taken so far:

Steps Taken:

1. Used N_m3u8DL-RE to download the video segments.

2. Attempted decryption with keys obtained through various methods:
• PSSH extracted from the MPD file.
• Keys:

3. Used mp4decrypt with Bento4 tools to decrypt:
• mp4decrypt --key 1:<key>:<key-id> input.mp4 output.mp4
• yt-dlp for initial downloads with --allow-unplayable-formats.

Issues Encountered:

• Decrypted video shows grey screen with colored specks and no audio.
• Various decryption attempts have not resolved the video playback issues.

Could anyone guide me through a successful decryption process or suggest any alternative methods/tools to download and decrypt the video properly?

No problem. Out of curiosity, how did you even obtain so many keys on your own, yet none of them was right? Wonder what methods you used

Probably by using a wrong license url, then keys got cached maybe.

That’s interesting - actually I don’t know where it went wrong. I downloaded the MPD file. Then I’ve tried to extract the PSSH.
