I've had problems with cURL with tool so thats why I have to do I've had to manually. There's some customdata that is needed from a 2nd url so I think thats why your tool doesn't work.

Giving keys does no-one any good, does it? In the long term people need to know how to get their own - just like you did - when you were scrabbling about trying to understand half-formed concepts. It is VideoHelp.com rather than VideoKeys.com after all. Point him to a page instead.

And I'm not sure how you draw a distinction between breaking forum TOS by the act of giving help and the act of giving keys. But NM, you are just one of many.
