I believe they will not be using their own infrastucture, instead relying on the individual services to provide. You can already see this as clicking play on any of the channels will take you to the corresponding app (iplayer, itvx, all4 etc)

Ugh gross, looks like you can only get it with certain TVs pre-loaded.... why not release an app?

Strange that they do not offer it on other brands and only some Hisense/Bush TV's ....
