Errrr
I converted a mpeg2 into a mpeg2 with a mpeg 1 header, and when I played it on my dvd player is freakin damn choppy
any ideas?
it's like that for 2 of my movie files (both files are a music video (Japanese NTSC))
when I previewed/listened to the converted file it was choppy on my computer as well... so I think it has to do with the converting process that I took using TMPEG
the method works fine for movie clips such as spiderman, and other svcd/mpeg2 files...
here are the steps I took:
TMPEG
-> simple multiplex -> Mpeg1 Video CD
Nero
-> took off standard compliant cd -> burned

I've noticed another glitch
when I preview the file and I click on the timeline... the sound/clip is fine for like 5 seconds and it becomes choppy again
it's fine for like 5 seconds at the beginning too... weird...
the original mpeg2 is perfectly fine
it's choppy only after I convert it -
Well...unfortunately there's not much more I can suggest. It's not a real reliable hack.
