Fresh install of MPC-HC Portable on new PC won't scrub after video end...

Hi, just switched to a new i713th Gen PC with integrated GPU.
MPC-HC is not working like it used to.

When playing a video, clicking anywhere on the timeline updates the preview in pause/play mode.

But unlike my old windows 7 PC, after I've clicked to the end of the video, but choose to click any point back on the timeline, the screen doesn't update to match the frame I've clicked on, until I click stop and play again.

Does anyone know a solution to this?

Well my Win7 also works they way you previously described.

Could it be that an upgrade to the sw has altered this - my version is not new and I rarely upgrade (if it ain't broke then why try to fix it). The 'fix' may be to install the version you previously used (unless that is the one that now does not work) from the list on this site's link.

The same w7 version didn't work on w11, nor did newer versions.
