You should rather do the license request from your local machine (while you're connected to the Swiss IP) using a pywidevine script like this: https://github.com/devine-dl/pywidevine?tab=readme-ov-file#usage

Of course, in order for this to work you need Python installed, the pywidevine module and a CDM in .wvd format.
