  1. I have used this program to change the container from .mkv to .mp4 one at a time but does it have a way to just load a bunch of files and let it do what you want it to do? Thank you in advance for any guidance concerning this matter.

    The problem is that muxing involves many background processes that are different for every video file. However, you could create a simplified mux process without all the background checks as a batch; but all source files would have to be the same, i.e. the same or compatible codecs, etc.

  6. I might not have to mux the .mkv files to .mp4 files after all. My media player will apparently play .mkv files so I will check that out and make sure. We have a Blu Ray Player in the home that probably won't. I think Video To Video Converter has a way of batch and you can change the container but if I remember correctly I think it alters the frame rate for some reason even though it just suppose to pass through.
