  1. I have used this program to change the container from .mkv to .mp4 one at a time but does it have a way to just load a bunch of files and let it do what you want it to do? Thank you in advance for any guidance concerning this matter.

The problem is that muxing involves many background processes that are different for every video file. However, you could create a simplified mux process without all the background checks as a batch; but all source files would have to be the same, i.e. the same or compatible codecs, etc.
I don't think that would be a good option.

  6. I might not have to mux the .mkv files to .mp4 files after all. My media player will apparently play .mkv files so I will check that out and make sure. We have a Blu Ray Player in the home that probably won't. I think Video To Video Converter has a way of batch and you can change the container but if I remember correctly I think it alters the frame rate for some reason even though it just suppose to pass through.

You have to be a little more precise.
Please describe the steps that lead to the problem.

  9. You can see the errors in my attached images

    1. Source file names: Before.Dawn.2024.1080p.WEBRip.x265.10bit.AAC5.1-[YTS.MX]

    Result of Target file names:
    1. version 3.3.0 [It keeps the video file name: Before.Dawn.2024.1080p.WEBRip.x265.10bit.AAC5.1-[YTS.MX]_muxed]
    2. Version 3.3.1 and version 3.3.2 [They keep the last position of added the file's name: Before Dawn 2024_Vietnamese_mux]

    Pls, fix it!
    Thank You!

  12. There is a new feature in clever FFmpeg-GUI, v3.3.2:
For batch muxing do the following:
Load the 1st file, click main page, click multiplex, check simple remux (left, below), and click To batch.
Click Batch tasks, drag & drop all other files into the grid.
    Click execute.
All files in the list are now remuxed.
