well, here goes:
i have a panasonic SC-HT70/SC-HT65 and it'll play a vcd with no problem.....unless i make them of course :P .
i have been making vcd's of simple cartoons. (southpark if you're wondering, i just need something simple). they will play alright, but the resolution is horrible. i think the video needs to be enlarged.
i converted it with TMPGEnc-2.54.37.135 to vcd format with most of the standard settings except i made the aspect ratio 4:3 525 line (NTSC, 704x480) which looked like crap so i made one 1:1 VGA which looked exactly the same.
i pretty much need help trying to figure out how to make it somewhat clearer during playback. reply if you have an answer or an idea.
