Hi,

Cannot seem to find the m3u8 for this stream with the usual tools:

If anyone could find the m3u8 link to record channel, would be appreciated.

You can use the URL: https://ritsatv.ru/youtube/retro80s.html to properly inspect network requests.
On that page there is a specific request starting with: https://vk.com/video_ext.php
If you look at the raw content response, and filter for m3u8 you have a couple of m3u8 links there. I don't know which one is valid or if they can even be used. They are tied to some IP (maybe?) and also expire.

the video start by some java script
search "manifest" no mpd or m3u8
direct video link https://vk.com/vkvideo?z=video-223902219_456239312
